You guys are doing a great job, and thank goodness we have great Grandparents to help us raise our children. <br /><br />I was just reading a post from a mom (on the Gifted child facebook page) taking about the exact same things you are going through with Taylor. She decided to quick her full time job which she really loves just to be there for her son. She says it's not like she wants it to be but she's hoping for improvement. Then other moms commented saying that it does get better, they went on to talk about there amazing teenagers who where the same way as a child and the incredible things they are doing. I also think age 5 is a magic number and hopefully you'll see improvements in the near future. Hang in there. You are doing great.
