I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Here is my Week 1 Weigh-in...
Hopefully I'll get a chance soon to do some blogs about the fam. This time of year is always very busy as a musician. I have 3 performances this week, a 4 hour dress rehearsal on Saturday, and have already had 3 rehearsals in the last 2 days. Can't...wait...until...Christmas. :)

Jenni, like they say about babies."Out of sight out of mind." You were probably wise to not take the cheese cake home. Then I am sure that Will and Preston could have eaten it in front of you!

Yeah Jenni!!! Good going. 1.2 lbs at Thanksgiving is fantastic. Just think what you can do next week without that huge meal in front of you. I've also hear good things about WW. Kelly's wife, Julia was with them for a while and she looks fabulous! Still! She's learned a good way of eating and she sticks with it.
