Memorial Day Weekend at Seaside

We got to go over to Seaside, Oregon this weekend with Will's mom, Tessha (sister), Elizabeth and James (sister and boyfriend), and a few other of Elizabeth's friends. It was a lot of fun!
And of course we always have to visit the Tillamook Cheese Factory when we are at the Oregon Coast :)

Remembering Hayley

Not a dry eye was seen today as we visited the little grave of Hayley Elizabeth Thomas (Will's brother Luke's daughter), who passed away shortly before being delivered days before her duedate. There was such a special sacred spirit at the cemetary as we reverently gazed upon all of the graves of babies and children.

I know they are in a special place right now and being watched over and loved.

May Picnic in the Park

After we returned from our honeymoon, neither one of us had jobs for a few months. So what did we do?
Still had fun.
And what could be more fun than a picnic in the park?

Jenni's Younger Brother Gets Married

Jenni's brother, Stephen, got married on April 29th to Ileana Gomez. Ileana is from Florida and was introduced to Stephen by a family that knew him on his mission. They make a pretty cute couple.

But so do we. :) We're still newlyweds and loving weddings.

Honeymoon!

Ahhh...finally some peace and rest from the busy-ness of planning and carrying out a wedding. We got to spend 3 glorious weeks together without cell phones, email, or people.

Just us.

First we went to Orlando and spent a few days there at Universal Studios and Downtown Disney. Will, I will always remember you taking me into your arms and dancing with you in the middle of a crowded evening on the pier by the Rain Forest Cafe and dancing to the music coming from the street speakers.

After Florida, we went to Cancun, Mexico which was only a hop and a skip away.

Here some pictures that highlight our romantic getaway together.

Xcaret - a fun filled exotic zoo and water park

Chitzen-Itza (Mayan Ruins)

I obviously had a hard time getting down. Yes I cried. It was very steep and scary.

Just playing on the beach

The Isle Mujeris

Some more fun in the sand...

Pirates of the Carribean

Paragliding

Snorkeling

Jet Skiing

And of course, romantic dinners

The End.
