Preston went to his very first pumpkin patch yesterday. And so did I actually. I'm embarrassed to say that it was my first pumpkin patch experience too. I've done hayrides, corn mazes, haunted houses....but no pumpkin patches.
We went with our sidekicks - Camden and his mom, Erika. :)
And of course, he had to collect some rocks as well.
It was a lot of fun!

It looked like a beautiful and fun day......wished that grandpa and I could have gone with you. I bet Preston had a "ball!"
Preston's pumpkin resembles a football. I wonder if that means anything. hehehe
Erika's little boy is so adorable. Next time you talk to her please let her know i think her boy is so cute.
If you want to go again to a pumpkin patch sometime James, Gwenevere and I would love to go too. James has a fall break on Oct 19-20 (that's a Monday and Tuesday. Maybe can get together at that time.
Also I bought Preston a Onesie yesterday. Fred Myer was having a 70% off sale on already marked down prices so I couldn't resist. It has long sleeves and is for a 24 month old so hopefully he can wear it for a while. It has a car on it. Anyway, Hope to see you guys again soon. Oh and one more thing, there was a onesie in our living room for about three days and I thought I really need to pick up Gwenevere's clothes that are all around our house. But when i picked up the onesie I realized it was Preston's hehehe We'll return that to you when we see you again.
Preton on becoming so big. He is really growing up.
What fun! While we don't do the Halloween thing for spiritual reasons, I do plan on taking Zoe to a pumpkin patch soon for some fun fall photos. Can't wait! It looks like Preston and you had a blast! I love Preston's pumpkin of choice. :-) I can't get over how big he is! He's such a little man, and he's handsome as ever. And you....you look AWESOME, Jenni!
Looks like a beautiful day for a fun trip to the patch. Glad you guys were able to make it!
Looks like a lot of fun! He looks so big! They grow to fast!
I noticed you have him riding forward now, or maybe it was just that time, any who, I wanted to share a FYI, that the law hasn't been changed everywhere, but in some states, not sure which ones, and it is in the process of becoming the law everywhere, the new recommendation, is kids are to ride backwards till two now. Crazy I know! They like being forward. It's easier on mommy and baby. But honestly even as adults we are more safe riding backwards, but not logical. But really how often do you get in a car accident! I have had this feeling for awhile to not turn Ellie just yet,she is 14 months and 21 lbs. I'm glad I haven't cause we were rear ended the other day and no harm or whip lash occurred because she was riding rear facing :) Just a food for thought :)
