As for the rest of us, camping was great! The Olympic Peninsula is always one of our favorite getaways. SO glad to have Grandma Lindsay with us - she is the hiking queen.
My least favorite part, but most memorable moment: When we didn't get back to our campsite until midnight because we were clear over on the western beaches all day, and the gate was locked. So we had to hike from our car in the pitchblack night back to our campspot. I was scared. We all sang primary songs. :)

I have been in love with the Olympic Peninsula forever... and I have yet to go there! Cape Flattery is one of those dreamy places that I have on my list of "must see" locations - and it was long before Twilight was even a thought in Stephenie Meyer's mind!
And, it looks like you guys had an awesome time on your camping trip. That is the same weekend we went camping at Lake Boardman - with ZERO sleep and a constant downpour, my trip was a bit less serene. Sigh...
You went to La Bush beach?!? And forks? Oh man... hehe.. Kidding.
Lovely pictures. It looks like you really had a great time.
You almost make me want to go camping. Almost. :-)
